The Ruth Memorial Inter school Art Contest was held on 10 November, 2018 in memory of Ruth, a former Bhavanite, who left early to her heavenly abode. It is rightly said that art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time. The stunning creations of the artists transformed the surroundings and transported the viewers into another wold. 93 aspiring artists from 9 Indian Schools in Kuwait participated in Chroma 2018 under 5 categories. Students from various schools bagged prizes in different categories. The names of the winners of first position in each category are: LKG & UKG- Eshaal Sinan (Smart Indian School), CLASSES 1 & 2 Dhanashree (Carmel), CLASSES 3 & 4 Fatima Siddique Palakkal (United Indian School, CLASSES 5 & 6 Anita Tressa Benny (FAIPS, DPS) and CLASSES 7, 8 & 9 Yadukrishnan Mukundan of (Indian Educational School). The awards were given away by Mrs. Preethi Chacko and Mr. Prince Chacko, the Guests of Honour. The event came to an end with the recitation of a poem in memory of late Ruth, composed by Mrs. Vineetha Maheswari (former HoD Science and Mathematics, Primary Wing).
