IES Acclaimed ‘the Best Performing School’ in IBPC Meritorious Students Award Ceremony

In our sojourn in the land of Kuwait, education has been the most powerful weapon in giving us professional success and social enrichment. Bhavans Kuwait has been instrumental in building and ardently contributing to the robust education system in Kuwait.  Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC) has assimilated into its fold the goal of encouraging Indian students by exposing these young minds to greater avenues of experiential enrichment. To recognize and reward those who have excelled in their studies, Indian Business and Professional Council presented the IBPC Meritorious Awards 2019 to the Indian students of Class X and Class XII studying under the CBSE system in various Indian schools in Kuwait. The awards were presented both for subject achievement as well as overall high marks percentage. Indian schools and the principals of the performing schools were also recognized and awarded for overall academic performance in Class X and XII. This year, the IBPS Meritorious Award Ceremony took place in Salmiya Indian Model School on 14 December. His Excellency, Dr. Shamir Ally, the Ambassador of Guyana to Kuwait graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. IES was the incredibly proud winners of the much-coveted ‘Best Performing School’ in Class XII. The crowd erupted in cheers when the Principal of IES, Mr. T. Premkumar, along with the students lifted the trophy of excellence. IBPC congratulated the award winners and vowed their unstinting support to boost the education amongst the Indian Community in Kuwait. Bhavans with its uncompromising excellence in all the fields moulds every student into a promising leader.
