He has 21 years of teaching experience in various well renowned institutions like the Kerala Cultural Forum, Coimbatore (1989),and the Indian School of Arts Cochin (1990). He began his vocation as an art teacher at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Cochin, one of the most prominent Bhavan Kendras in Kerala and has 16 years of service to his credit. He has conducted many art exhibitions in India. Under his fruitful guidance, Miss R Syama of Bhavans Adarsha Vidyalaya represented the Nation in an international art contest and won the second position. Chippi Robin is another prodigy who brought international acclaim in 2006 in Yang Min First International Painting Contest. He has been associated with Bhavans, Kuwait Kendra since 2007 and is the Head of the Art Department. Under his able guidance, IES, Kuwait has been the overall champions in all the major art competitions held in Kuwait like the Bala Kala Mela, Niram of Kala Kuwait and Centerpoint Art Olympiad for many consecutive years and his contributions as an art teacher have been unique and praiseworthy.
