National Nutrition Week is observed every year from 1st September to 7th September to create awareness in people about the importance of nutrition for the human body and well-being of health. Indian Education School diligently observed this nutrition week during the pandemic period, with great enthusiasm. Students made varieties of salad with fruits and vegetables of rainbow colours. They also dressed up in the same colour of their salad and spoke about the nutritional value of the salad and the importance of including salad in our diet. A short video of the activity was also uploaded by the students. The students clearly understood that nutrition is the key to control obesity, which is on the rise, especially since children have more screen time, owing to online learning.
