The Department of Hindi, Bhavans Indian Education School celebrated Hindi Diwas on September 14, 2021 on its virtual platform. Prior to the celebration, the department had conducted an array of activities from September 8 to 14.  The teachers of Hindi gave thought provoking speeches on the importance of Hindi language. The major contributions of various authors, poets, etc. were discussed in the virtual classes. The students were encouraged to speak Hindi in their daily lives. The students of grades 1 and 2 expressed their singing acumen with rhythmic rhymes in Hindi, and the students of grades 3 and 4 recited poems, narrated stories and delivered speeches in connection with Hindi Diwas. The students of grade 5 delivered speeches on the topic ‘Importance of Hindi Language’ and recited poems related to the day, and the 6th graders recited poems based on the importance of Hindi language. The students of grades 7 and 8 participated in debates on the topics, ‘The Achievements and Disadvantages of Online Education’ and ‘Advantages and Disadvantages of Corona Pandemic’ respectively. The students of grade 9 presented informative speeches on various topics related to Hindi and the students of grade 10 presented value-based stories that could enthrall their virtual spectators. The management lauded the tremendous efforts of the Department of Hindi- Primary, Middle and Senior Wings, and the students in making the event a remarkable one.
